Privacy Policy
Information Collection and Use
Audire does not collect personal information, analytics, or usage telemetry. You do not need to provide personal information to use the app.
Audire does not use third-party trackers, analytics tools, or advertising networks.
On-Device Processing and iCloud Sync on iOS
MIDI analysis and playback run locally on your device. With iCloud Sync turned off, imported pieces and playlists stay in the app's local storage.
When you turn on iCloud Sync, imported pieces, their metadata, playlists, and the in-app Trash are stored in the private iCloud container for your Apple Account so they are available on your devices. Audire's developer does not access these files or operate a server that receives your MIDI files or practice data.
Retention and Your Choices
You can turn iCloud Sync on or off at any time in Settings. Deleted pieces remain in the in-app Trash for up to 7 days unless you permanently delete them or empty the Trash sooner. iCloud copies follow the same sync operation and Apple's iCloud retention behavior.
Sharing on iOS
If you export or share files, that action is initiated by you. Shared files go only to the iOS share targets you choose.
Android version
On Android, MIDI analysis, audio rendering, playback, playlists, settings, and the in-app Trash are processed and stored in Audire's app storage. If Android backup is enabled for your device and account, eligible app data may be stored in your private Google-managed backup. Audire's developer cannot access that backup.
Audire reads only files that you explicitly select through Android's document picker or send to Audire. Export and sharing occur only when you initiate them and use the Android Sharesheet destination you choose.
Purchases on iOS
The Free Plan includes all playback and practice features, one sample song, and up to two personal songs (three songs in total). The Unlimited Library is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase that permanently removes the personal-song limit. A purchase is required to add a third personal song. Existing saved songs remain playable and editable even above the free limit. Apple processes the payment; MusicaTechLab does not receive or store your payment details or Apple Account information.
Purchases on Android
The Android Unlimited Library is an optional, non-consumable one-time purchase processed by Google Play. MusicaTechLab does not receive or store payment-card details or Google Account credentials.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
MusicaTechLab may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Please review it periodically.

Audire は、個人情報・アクセス解析・利用状況テレメトリを収集しません。アプリの利用に個人情報の提供は不要です。

端末内での処理と iCloud 同期（iOS）
MIDI の解析と再生は、お客様の端末上で行います。iCloud 同期がオフの場合、読み込んだ曲とプレイリストはアプリのローカル領域に保存されます。
iCloud 同期をオンにした場合、読み込んだ曲・メタデータ・プレイリスト・アプリ内ゴミ箱は、利用者自身の端末間で使えるよう Apple Account のプライベート iCloud コンテナに保存されます。Audire の開発者はこれらのファイルにアクセスせず、MIDI ファイルや練習データを受け取る開発者運営サーバーも使用しません。
保存期間と利用者の選択
設定から、いつでも iCloud 同期をオン／オフにできます。削除した曲は、完全に削除するかゴミ箱を空にしない限り、最長 7 日間アプリ内ゴミ箱に保存されます。iCloud 側のコピーも同じ同期操作および Apple の iCloud 保存仕様に従います。
共有について（iOS）
ファイルの書き出しや共有は、お客様の操作によってのみ行われます。共有先は、iOS の共有シートでお客様が選んだ相手に限られます。
Android 版
Android 版では、MIDI の解析、音声生成、再生、プレイリスト、設定、アプリ内ゴミ箱を Audire のアプリ領域で端末内処理・保存します。端末とアカウントで Android バックアップが有効な場合、対象となるアプリデータが利用者自身の Google 管理バックアップに保存されることがあります。Audire の開発者はそのバックアップにアクセスできません。
Audire が読み込むのは、Android のドキュメント選択で明示的に選んだファイル、または Audire に送ったファイルだけです。書き出しと共有はお客様が操作した場合のみ行われ、Android の共有シートで選んだ送信先を使用します。
iOS の課金について
無料プランでは、再生・練習のすべての機能を使いながら、サンプル1曲と自分の曲2曲（合計3曲）を利用できます。自分の曲を3曲以上保存するには、無制限ライブラリの買い切り（非消耗型）アプリ内課金が必要です。購入すると、自分の曲の保存数の上限を無期限に解除できます。保存済みの曲は、無料枠を超えていても引き続き再生・編集できます。決済はAppleが処理し、MusicaTechLabは支払情報やApple Account情報を受領・保存しません。
Android の課金について
Android 版の無制限ライブラリは、Google Play が処理する任意の非消耗型・買い切りのアプリ内課金です。MusicaTechLab はカード情報や Google アカウントの認証情報を受領・保存しません。
