Privacy Policy
Information Collection and Use
Audire does not collect personal information, analytics, or usage telemetry. You do not need to provide personal information to use the app.
Audire does not use third-party trackers, analytics tools, or advertising networks.
On-Device Processing and iCloud Sync
MIDI analysis and playback run locally on your device. With iCloud Sync turned off, imported pieces and playlists stay in the app's local storage.
When you turn on iCloud Sync, imported pieces, their metadata, playlists, and the in-app Trash are stored in the private iCloud container for your Apple Account so they are available on your devices. Audire's developer does not access these files or operate a server that receives your MIDI files or practice data.
Retention and Your Choices
You can turn iCloud Sync on or off at any time in Settings. Deleted pieces remain in the in-app Trash for up to 7 days unless you permanently delete them or empty the Trash sooner. iCloud copies follow the same sync operation and Apple's iCloud retention behavior.
Sharing
If you export or share files, that action is initiated by you. Shared files go only to the iOS share targets you choose.
Purchases
Full access is provided through the Yearly auto-renewable subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive 7 days free, then the subscription renews yearly unless canceled. Apple processes payment and subscription management; MusicaTechLab does not receive or store your payment details or Apple Account information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
MusicaTechLab may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Please review it periodically.

情報の収集と利用
Audire は、個人情報・アクセス解析・利用状況テレメトリを収集しません。アプリの利用に個人情報の提供は不要です。
また、サードパーティのトラッカー、アクセス解析ツール、広告ネットワークは組み込んでいません。
端末内での処理と iCloud 同期
MIDI の解析と再生は、お客様の端末上で行います。iCloud 同期がオフの場合、読み込んだ曲とプレイリストはアプリのローカル領域に保存されます。
iCloud 同期をオンにした場合、読み込んだ曲・メタデータ・プレイリスト・アプリ内ゴミ箱は、利用者自身の端末間で使えるよう Apple Account のプライベート iCloud コンテナに保存されます。Audire の開発者はこれらのファイルにアクセスせず、MIDI ファイルや練習データを受け取る開発者運営サーバーも使用しません。
保存期間と利用者の選択
設定から、いつでも iCloud 同期をオン／オフにできます。削除した曲は、完全に削除するかゴミ箱を空にしない限り、最長 7 日間アプリ内ゴミ箱に保存されます。iCloud 側のコピーも同じ同期操作および Apple の iCloud 保存仕様に従います。
共有について
ファイルの書き出しや共有は、お客様の操作によってのみ行われます。共有先は、iOS の共有シートでお客様が選んだ相手に限られます。
課金について
すべての機能は、Yearly の自動更新サブスクリプションで提供します。初回対象者は7日間無料で利用でき、その後は解約しない限り1年ごとに更新されます。決済とサブスクリプションの管理はAppleが行い、MusicaTechLabは支払情報やApple Account情報を受領・保存しません。
